The following privacy policy applies to every visit to Hoogwonen.amsterdam:

1. Who is responsible for your data?

2. For what purpose does HoogWonen use your personal data?


Quickscan

  • If you apply for a QuickScan, HoogWonen will process your name, address and place of residence. HoogWonen uses this information to first check whether your property is suitable for creating a new home. Hoogwonen also uses the information to make an indicative offer. If there is no interest anymore, HoogWonen will delete your personal data within 14 working days.

Meeting

  • When you schedule a meeting, we ask for your name, telephone number and email address. We will process and store this data. If there is no interest anymore, HoogWonen will delete your personal data within 14 working days.

Acquisition/Profit Sharing

  • If you sell your real estate to HoogWonen or become our partner, we need your personal data so that the notary who will supervise the sale can set everything in motion. We also submit all permit applications to the municipality on your behalf. For this we also need your data. After the sale, we use the data to provide you with an external replacement storage. After the external storage facility has expired, and when the new house to be built has been sold, HoogWonen will delete your contact details (see point 6).

  • HoogWonen uses cookies. Cookies sometimes count as personal data. For more information please check out our  cookiestatement.

3. Basis for data processing


There must be a legal basis for all use of personal data. This can be:

  • You have given permission to use the personal data;
  • The use of the personal data is necessary to comply with an agreement made with you;
  • The use of the personal data is necessary on the basis of the law..

4. Use of personal data by third parties


HoogWonen does not share your personal data with third parties, except:

  • You have given permisison to do so;
  • For the execution of your agreement with HoogWonen, for example the purchase agreement;
  • If HoogWonen is legally obliged to do so;
  • In case of a report of fraud;
  • In the event of a merger or acquisition with/by another party;
  • With suppliers (processors) who process data for HoogWonen. These could, for example, hosting companies.

5. Transfer of business


HoogWonen may transfer its business/services to another company. In that case, we will also provide your personal data to that company. We will inform you about this in advance. If you do not want this, you can ask us to remove your data.

6. Storage periods


Personal data is not kept longer than necessary. Data necessary for the acquisition of your property will be kept for up to 2 years after making the acquisition. Financial data is kept for up to 7 years after an order to comply with our accounting obligations and tax legislations. Data about fraud can be kept for as long as necessary to handle the incident.

7. Your rights


You have the right to request an overview of your stored information. In addition, you also have the right to ask to correct, restrict, block or delete this data. Finally, you have the right to request an electronic version of your data in order to be able to store it elsewhere. 9. Amendment to the Privacy Statement

HoogWonen reserves the right to modify this privacy statement. If you are in our system, we will inform you.
